The structure of the vertical tube expanding machine includes an expanding head mechanism and a reciprocating driving mechanism of the expanding head; the expanding head mechanism includes an expanding head and an expanding rod; the expanding head is hollow and has a limit step in the middle air, and the front end of the shell of the expanding head is provided with several equally divided radial through gaps; the expanding rod includes a rod body and two rod bodies, one rod body is provided with a support section and a boss, and the tail end of the rod body is connected with the front end of the two rod bodies by thread.
When the expanding head works, the expanding head is sheathed outside the expanding rod, and its axial movement to one end is limited by the front end of the two rod bodies; when it moves to the other end, the boss of one rod body blocks the limit step of the expanding head; at the same time, the supporting section enters the front end of the expanding head to open the radial opening gap; the expanding head driving mechanism is connected with the tail end of the two rod bodies of the expanding head mechanism and moves back and forth.
The expanding head mechanism in the structure of the vertical pipe expander has the advantages of simple use, convenient disassembly and the like.
