When the steel pipe is expanded and tightly connected with the tube sheet, the output torque of the motor will increase rapidly, and the input current of the motor will also increase in a certain proportion. Therefore, the tightness can be controlled by controlling the input current of the motor; when the input current of the machine exceeds When the specified value is set, the opening and closing of the circuit will make the tube expander stop running, reverse and retreat the steel pipe, and stop running after withdrawing.
