1. The tube expander body has enough strength and stiffness to avoid deformation during long-term operation. The machining accuracy of template hole position is controlled within 0.01 mm. 2. The expander is also equipped with buffer device when expanding the bell mouth, which can reduce the phenomenon of wrinkle at the bottom of u-coil.

3. The expanding rod of tube expander is made of spring steel, which has high rigidity and strength. The expanding head is made of tungsten steel. The hardness of heat treatment can reach above hrc85. The surface is ground and polished, and the error is less than 0.01mm.

The expanding rod is an important part of the vertical tube expander. Just like our left and right hands, the operation of the machine can not be separated from the expanding rod, so the expanding rod must be protected during the use.
