What problems should be paid attention to when using vertical tube expander

The vertical tube expander is mainly used in the equipment manufacturing of heat exchanger, condenser, high-pressure heater and other equipment between tubes and tubesheets. Attention should be paid to the operation and safety when using, so as to prevent accidents during operation.

1. Before use, it is necessary to install leakage protection equipment on the power supply to ensure the work is tight and dry. When using combustible solvent, the container should be covered to prevent leakage. The control box shall be free from damage, the internal component structure shall be intact, the grounding wire shall be correct, and the torque control switch shall be flexible.

2. When using, the expander rotor can rotate flexibly, the expanding nut should be tightened, and the sleeve should be smooth without burr. If it is necessary to adjust the internal components of the control box, the power supply should be cut off first.

3. After using the vertical tube expander, it is necessary to turn off the switch of the control power supply, and then cut off the power supply. If the isolated transformer in the control box is heated after a long time of use, which will affect the output, the power supply should be cut off first, and then the components can be cooled down before use, so as to prevent the machine from burning out during long-term use.
