The tube expander is composed of a tube expander and a digital display controller. The horizontal tube expander manufacturer is also equipped with a tube expander (working head). The main working principle is that when the electric tube expander drives the tube expander inserted into the tube hole to rotate clockwise, because there is a certain rotation angle between the expanding bead and the tube, the tube expander moves forward along the axis of the tube while rotating. In addition, the tube expander is thin in front and thick in the back, so that the expanded pipe is gradually expanded in the rolling of the expanding bead and closely connected with the tube sheet hole wall. In the process of tube expanding, with the continuous expansion of the tube expander, the rotation distance provided by the tube expander will also increase, and the motor current of the expanding machine will also increase. After the current is sampled by the digital controller, the analog-to-digital conversion will be amplified, and the actual working current will be displayed digitally. After the comparator is compared with the preset expansion value, the controller will control the motor to stop running automatically when the set value is reached. After the delay interval of the delay circuit, the controller will automatically drive the tube expander to rotate anticlockwise so that the tube expander begins to loosen. When the loosening time reaches the preset exit time, the controller disconnects the motor power supply of the expander, and the expander stops running to complete a tube expanding process.
