Discussion on the use of vertical tube expander

Vertical tube expander is widely used in our daily life, which brings us convenience to a great extent. In order to standardize our operation method, the following specific introduction is made to the use method of the lower tube expander.

1. Check whether the power supply voltage of the tube expander meets the requirements.

2. Open the valve at the bottom of the oil tank and loosen the handle of the relief valve.

3. Transfer the switch to the middle position.

4. Start the oil pump motor.

5. Check whether the electric rotation direction meets the specified rotation direction.

6. Start and stop the motor several times, check whether the oil flow direction is correct and whether the sound of oil pump is normal.

7. Test run the expander under no-load for 5-10 minutes.

8. The expanding rod is inserted into the expanding tube hole, and the pressure set before delivery is 22Mpa. Do not fix it at will.

9. The pressure measured by the digital display instrument is the pressure after pressurization, that is, the pressure set by the customer according to the expansion requirements.

10. the digital display pressure gauge should first place the switch in the set position, then adjust the setting value of the digital display pressure gauge, then reset the switch to the measuring position.
